DAOChat, developed by DAOChat Inc.

1. CHATROOM
Chatrooms are the basic elements in DAOchat. Anyone can start a chatroom for any subject.

2. MODERATOR
A moderator for a chatroom is given all the privileges: kicking a member out, amending chatroom names etc.

3. ELECTION
All moderators are elected by members through voting.

4. IMPEACHMENT
Moderators can be impeached by members and all of his actions in the past 24 hours effectively canceled.

5. WALLET
When you register for a DAO ID, you will create a crypto wallet automatically. This wallet can be used to store any ERC20 compatible tokens.
